All of our products are made by us in the United Kingdom and are made to the highest standard using quality materials all sourced within the UK.
Delivery & Postage
All item(s) ordered will be posted within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receipt (and confirmation of payment) of order. We will acknowledge your order and advise of lead times should they differ from above. Personalised items may take a little longer and we will inform you of the expected postage date following order date.
All item(s) will be posted by first class, therefore please allow between 2 - 3 days for delivery, from the date of postage.
The cost of posting any and all item(s) within the UK is as quoted. For the cost of postage outside the UK please email us at email@example.com and we will inform you of the cost.
We will offer a refund or exchange provided the item(s) returned to us are in a re-saleable, unused condition. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the postage date. Only on receipt and satisfactory inspection of the item(s) will a refund be granted.
Where the reason for the return has been identified, and confirmed by us, as a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse the customer with the full amount paid. Any item(s) returned because of a change of mind or non-manufacturing fault cannot be refunded. However, in other circumstances, where a refund is permissible, the full cost less the cost of postage and packaging will be refunded.
Please obtain proof of posting at the time of posting item(s), as we cannot be responsible for items being lost or damaged during transit.
We will acknowledge receipt of returned items and advise accordingly.
All products are subject to availability. Should any item be out of stock, we will advise the customer within 24 hours of date of order or payment.
